At the risk of sounding like a complete hippy, sometimes I like to remind myself that if money ceased to exist tomorrow, the world probably wouldn’t miss it too much. It helps keep me focused on making the best work I’m capable of rather than the most amount of cash I can. It’s not exactly profound advice but, a healthy disrespect for finance can be a really good thing for creativity, I reckon.
