Bit on the side JENNIE KO BAKES

Jennie Ko works off the stress of her day-job by kneading marzipan. Sugar art came naturally to her, and in the kitchen (unlike in the agency) she has ultimate control—with her own budget, timeline and creative direction. Plus her clients tend to get high on sugar so they're always stoked.

The problem for Jennie, was that she was a bit too good for her own good. Soon the commissions started rolling in and after a full day of work she'd find herself baking til 3am. Now she doesn't take many commissions and just bakes when she's gotta let off some steam. Of the sugary kind.
